The keynote panel on the Shock of the Future – how will PR deal with Social Media featured some big names in the PR world.

One of them is Ronn Torossian of 5W PR in New York.  A smart man, Torossian is the only head of an agency younger than 45!  So he is well placed to speak about PR and social media.  I talked to him right after the session.

The social media sessions were one of the best attended at this conference. From the comments I heard after the sessions there is a big need for PR people to get educated in SEO and social media.
